STUDIO MUGO will design green terraces part of the “Connect People” project, run by Redman and its co-promoter Youse, alongside Hardel & Le Bihan architects. The vegetation will be spread over the different floors and inspired by the local flora to create harmony between the nature, which is brought and growing inside the building, and the Grenoble soil.
Each floor, whether they are used for houses, offices or co-living, will be surrounded by terraces, some for the benefits of the residents where they can rest and relax, and some dedicated exclusively to biodiversity. These latter terraces, which will be closed to the public, will help local vegetation flourish thanks to its unspoilt spaces, free from human presence.
