The office campus located on Rue d’Amsterdam is supported by Carlyle – Union Investment and designed by the Ferrier Marchetti Studio agency. Malvina Bali (Paris Malaquais School of Architecture – University of Buenos Aires) and Erika Kerisit (AgroParisTech engineer) have designed an eco-nourishing system on the rooftops of Grand Central Saint-Lazare. The rooftop is conceived as a vast urban field spanning 800 m2, offering a unique view of the capital. This project, executed by MUGO’s gardeners, is a concentration of good solutions for the construction of the city of tomorrow.
